How do I place an order?

How do I place an order?

Search for the product.
Click on the image of your desired item & Click on "Add to Cart".
Click on "Continue Shopping" (If you still need to shop) & click on "Checkout".
Enter your registered Email Id & Password if you aren’t signed in otherwise skip to below
Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).
Confirm the order details and select your "Mode of Payment".
Click on "I Confirm my Order".
Your Order number will appear on your screen.

   Order Processing

·         An order can consist of one or more products, be they of a different kind, from different stores, or under different categories.


·         With the exception of “Cash on Delivery”, all orders are processed once the payment is received from the customer, from the payment option/method selected and used by the customer. For “Cash on Delivery” the orders are processed once placed by the customer.


·         On receiving payment, the vendor and Subkuchpk pick up coordinators are intimated, and a pickup process is initiated.

·         All orders processed (including payment) before 4 pm on a workday, are generally scheduled for delivery the following workdays, except where products are to arrive from different cities of Pakistan, or owing to availability from the vendor, or nature of products(s) ordered by the customer.


·         All orders will be retained on the system for a maximum of 2 working days, following which they will be automatically cancelled for non-payment or non-confirmation. (this does not apply on orders being paid by cash on delivery).


·         Note: “Only one quantity is allowed for the purchase of each discounted product. If/or any such order(s) contains similar e-mail address, billing/shipping address/contact the number has more than 1 quantity of the discounted product(s), reserves the right to cancel all such order(s) at any point of time whatsoever without any intimation to the customer”




       How can I track my order?


   o   Once the tracking number is tagged on your order, you will be notified via SMS and Email, after that you can track your order.


·         How quickly can I get my order?


·         Normally order delivery takes place between 2 to 7 working days depends on the size/availability & city.


·         My order is delayed. What should I do?

·         How do I cancel my order?


o   Customer can request for order cancellation prior to the order dispatching. Once the item is dispatched, the customer may refuse the item at the time of delivery. To log the cancellation, please call us at +92-21-35127273, +92-21-35127187 or email us at [email protected]


·         If your pre-paid order is cancelled due to unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to Subkuchpk, you shall be entitled to a full refund by Subkuchpk which shall be processed and executed within 7 to 15 working days as per the mode of payment.

·         How do I know if my product is eligible for a refund and/or replacement?

·         Please visit the NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS page to check if your product is eligible for a refund and/or replacement.

·         How long do I have to initiate my request for a refund or replacement?

·         You can initiate your request for refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. For example: If you received your order on the 5th, then you have until the 12th to request a return.

·         How do I pack my return parcel to make sure it arrives in adequate condition?

·         The the product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of SUBKUCHPK packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

·         Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

·         What can I do if my return request was not accepted?

·         If your return request does not meet the SUBKUCHPK Returns Policy conditions, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service centre of the brand.

·         Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

·         There are no charges for shipping a product back to SUBKUCHPK if it meets the return policy.

·         How can I track my return?

·         We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by entering your tracking number on ‘Need Help?’.

·         How long will it take to receive my replacement?

·         It will take between 5 and 22 days to send you the replacement product, depending on your location.

·         How will I get my refund and how long will it take?

Do I also get refunded the shipping charges when returning a product?

No, the refunded amount would not include the shipping amount you were charged.

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

Yes, you have to pay shipping charges for shipping a product back to SUBKUCHPK.

Do I have to return all products in my order?

No, you do not have to return your whole order. It is fine just to return certain products.

Can I return my items after the return window as expired?

Sorry, returns are not possible after the 7 days return period while the information about the reason of must be intimated within 24 hours. You can reach our team for further questions 24/7 under [email protected]

If you experience issues after the SUBKUCHPK return/exchange period has elapsed, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service centre of the brand.

 Do I need to sign in to place an order?


     ·         Yes, Customer sign in is mandatory to place an order.


My COD Order is still not confirmed?


   ·         Every customer placing an order via COD method receives an automated call from +92-21-35833208, +92-21-35833208  to confirm the order.


What if my order is over Rs 50,000?


     ·         According to the Financial Act 2019, all customers must provide their CNICs on orders above 50,000, for this reason, we have added an option for you to add your CNIC to your account.
