Request a Return

 

You can request to initiate a return by contacting our helpline +92-21-35127273, +92-21-35127187 or cs@Subkuchpk.com to confirm that your product is eligible for return. We will explain to you the return procedure, and confirm the nearest service provider location where you can drop-off the product.


Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information: 

·         Your order numbers.

·         The reason for the return.

·         The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)

 

 

Request a replacement rather then a refund?

If you prefer to replace your product, just let our Customer Service executive know your choice and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received, and we have looked into the availability of the replacement product. If you choose a refund voucher, you can use it to buy a similar product or a different product on Subkuchpk.com yourself using the amount originally paid for the returned item.

·      How do I return my order?

o    You need to call the SUBKUCHPK Call Center at +92-21-35127273, +92-21-35127187 in order to register a pickup request, or you can drop the product off at any SUBKUCHPK Express Center. The product should be in SUBKUCHPK Packaging with a filled-in Return & Exchange form.

 

What is the turnaround time for picking up the product?

 

·        Expedited Pickups:

 

Product(s) will be picked from your address within 24 hours (for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi).

 

·        Pickup in 2 days:

 

Product(s) will be picked from your corresponding address within 2-3 working days after the request for return on our helpline i.e. +92-21-35127273, +92-21-35127187 other than KLIR

 

What is the process of returning the order at SUBKUCHPK Express Center?

 

·         Products which fall under the Return policy can be sent through any courier service in Pakistan while the courier charges shall be paid by the customer except for the damaged items.

·     Why are my items shipped separately?

 

o    An order can have multiple items and that depends on the vendor city. To ensure your order is not delayed, SUBKUCHPK dispatch the items as soon as they are received from vendor What if the product I want is ‘Out of Stock’? Product inventory is maintained by the vendors themselves, in case the item is out of stock, at first it won’t be visible on the website or it will be marked as out of Stock.

 

REFUND POLICY

If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.

Voucher Policy

 

·                  Customers can only use the Voucher once.

 

·                  Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

 

·                  Valid code must be entered to redeem discount.

 

·                  It will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement Vouchers, discounts or

          otherwise, compensate customers for:

 

·                  Cancelled Vouchers

 

·                  Improper use of, or inability to redeem, a Voucher; or the inability to redeem a Voucher

          due to technical issues.

 

·                  Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher code

          (for example, duration, eligibility, discount amount and products covered), and will

          govern the use and redemption of those vouchers.

 

·                  Subkuchpk takes pride in always delivering the right product to its customers. So if you

           get a product that's different from the product you ordered, you are eligible to receive

           a voucher of Rs 500/- from Subkuchpk.com.

 

·                  Customer must log a complaint within 24 hours and share the picture of received

          product.

 

·                  Customer must return the item to SUBKUCHPK within 48 hours in the original barcode

          packaging along with the filled return form.

·                  Offer is only valid for those customers who placed an order on or after 7th February,

          2019.

 

·                  Voucher validity will last for 7 days from the date of issuance.

 

·                  Voucher will only be issued on items of Rs. 2,000 and above.

 

·                  Minimum purchase to redeem the voucher is Rs. 2,000.

 

·                  Customer must return the product at the nearest SUBKUCHPK Express Center – pick

          up facility is not available for this offer.

 

·                  One customer can avail only one voucher per month.

 

·                  Only SUBKUCHPK will have the authority to approve/reject the case based on

         investigation.

 

·                  SUBKUCHPK reserves the right to amend or terminate the terms and conditions at

         any time without any prior notice to the customers.

 

Refund Voucher

 

A Refund Voucher is a return mechanism of equal worth to the value paid for the item that you have returned.


You can use a Refund Voucher at checkout to discount the amount of the voucher from your next purchase. This Refund Voucher can be used on multiple purchases (if the purchase value is less than the amount of the refund voucher) until your refund voucher balance amount is Rs. 0.

 

A refund voucher is valid for 180 days you need to use your voucher during this period, post which the voucher will expire and cannot be used.


How do I use my Refund Voucher?

 

If you have been issued a Refund Voucher, you will receive a discount voucher code via email.


Please enter this code in the discount code box and click "Apply Code" during checkout at the payment step. A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount. 

 

If my returned product is not validated for refund, how do I get informed?


If your return is invalid then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. Please make sure you are available at the corresponded time to accept the item at your doorstep. Failure to delivery will result in us holding your item for a 30-day the period which you can collect yourself from our office.


I have bought an item on promotion or with a Discount Code. What amount will Do you refund me?

 

For items purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid for the item, and not its original value.

 

For example: If you purchased an item on sale for Rs. 500 and its original value was Rs. 1000, we will refund you Rs. 500 only.


If you purchased an item with a Refund voucher, we will refund you the sum of the amount you paid (including the amount of the refund voucher used).

You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have till the 12th to initiate a return. Promotional Vouchers

 

·         Each issued Promotional voucher (App the voucher and New customer voucher) will be valid for use by a customer only once. Multiple usages changing the identity is illegal.

·         The promotional voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.

 

·         A promotional voucher may not be valid during the sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.

 

·         The voucher will work only if minimum purchase amount and other conditions are met.

 

·         SUBKUCHPK reserves the right to vary or terminate the operation of any voucher at any time without notice.

 

·         SUBKUCHPK shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Voucher or any failure or inability of a customer to use a voucher for any reason.

 

·         Vouchers are not replaceable if expired.

 

Warranties and after-sales service and support

 

·         All products are available with after sales and support according to the official warranty guidelines of the vendor, which will be applied independently to each product purchased by the customer.

 

·         Warranty details for each product are available in the product description on Subkuchpk.com.

 

·         Vendors are directly responsible for providing after-sales service on all products provided by them, unless explicitly mentioned as otherwise.

·         Warranty claims are to be forwarded to and dealt with the vendor directly, through their service centres.

You have 24 hours, that’s to check your product for any unlikely operational or internal issues. In case you find one, give us a call or email us. We’ll verify your claim and replace the product for you right away.

Subkuchpk replacement policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:

·         In the case, you are delivered the wrong product.

 

·         In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

 

·         The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.

 

·         None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.

How do I know if my product has a warranty?


  Different products are covered under different warranty policies. To confirm the warranty type of a particular item, please note the following steps

   ·                     If the product has warranty coverage, this field will identify the duration of the        warranty and how the warranty is covered.

     How can I claim warranty?

   Warranty claims are subject to the warranty coverage of the item you have purchased, if the product has a warranty from the brand, a warranty card will be included in the packaging. Please follow the following steps to initiate a warranty claim.

      ·         If your product is non-functional or broken on arrival, you can call the Subkuchpk.com helpline at +92-21-35127273, +92-21-35127187 within 24 Hrs. of delivery to initiate an exchange or return of the product.

  ·         If your product produces a fault post the initial 7 days of delivery but is within warranty timeline, you can call the Subkuchpk.com helpline at +92-21-35127273, +92-21-35127187 and provide the following information from your receipt and warranty card to initiate a warranty claim

  ·         Order Number

  ·         Order Date

  ·         Item Details

  ·         Warranty Period (on warranty card)

  ·         Nature of fault

  ·         To claim a warranty directly from the brand, please contact the authorized service centre using the details stated on the warranty card provided with the item.

  Note: We urge you to save the invoice and warranty card together to ease the warranty claim process.



Exchange & Return Policy

All returns and exchanges will be inspected upon arrival at Subkuchpk’s warehouse. If our quality team found that the articles were used, damaged, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able to consider the return/claim.

Items Which Have Any Stains, Emit, Body Odors Or Perfume Scents, Have Any Kind Of Marks, Damages Or Water Stains Will Not Be Accepted For Returns Or Exchanges. Product Tags Should Be Intact.

Goods & Items Purchased on Sale or Other Promotions Are Not Eligible For Returns & Exchange Unless You Have Received Damaged Goods.

 

The decision of the Company will be considered final in all scenarios. There shall be no guarantee/warranty, refund/replacement against the products declared B Quality or sold at a discounted price, promotions etc.

 

·         *The the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

 

·         *The the product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

 

·         *The the product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of SUBKUCHPK packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

Note: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your return.

·            Only products that offer returns on the product specification page are eligible for free returns

 

·            If the product is damaged, not the correct size must be intimated within 24 hours

 

·            If the product is not as specified in products details, return eligible products unused and in the original packaging.

 

·            Any product that has been used, resized, damaged etc. or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted

 

·            An order may be cancelled by the user after payment and while order sourcing is in progress, however, claims for refunds will be settled in the form of credits added to the user’s Subkuchpk.com account. These credits can be used for future purchases on Subkuchpk.com The user can also request reimbursement by cheque (for payment options other than credit card), for which a period of 2-3 weeks may be required.

 

·            For products that are faulty, or not meeting the actual order, the customer will be required to call the Call Center to log the complaint and return request within 24 hours of receiving. The request will be initiated to have the item picked from customer premises, or the customer may be requested to submit the disputed product to the nearest SUBKUCHPK Center for further processing. The originally ordered product will then be sourced and delivered to the customer at the earliest at no charge to the customer.

 

       How will I get a refund through Easy Paisa?

 

           Visit any Easy Paisa outlet and collect the refund amount in cash, up to Rs. 15,000/-, upon showing original and valid CNIC.

 

       How can I get a reversal on a Credit Card?

      Call the Subkuchpk Call Center in order to register a complaint. If you placed the order via credit/debit card then the reversal will be given to the same credit/debit card number.

 

 

      What details do I need to provide to the SUBKUCHPK Service Center when calling the Call Center?

 

   If my refund gets validated, how and when will I get reimbursed?


Refund process begins after we have completed Quality Check on your returned product. The quality check process may take 2 to 3 days from the date we receive the returned item. We will notify you of the result as soon as the quality check is complete.


As a refund, you can either claim a store credit Refund Voucher of the amount you had paid for your returned item or you could ask for a complete cash refund. In case of a store credit voucher, you can use the store credit voucher for a new purchase on the website subtracting that amount from the new total. In case of a cash refund, the refund based on the amount will either be refunded via an online bank transfer into your bank account, or via a cheque mailed to your address.

 

In case of credit card payments, a refund can either be claimed as a store credit Refund Voucher or via transaction reversal.

        If my returned product is not validated for return, how am I informed?


If your return does not meet the Quality Check criteria, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. 


Note: We will make 2 attempts to return the product to you. Please make sure to be available for scheduled delivery.

 

As a general rule, Subkuchpk does not offer any product warranties as these are provided by the manufacturers or brands of products. However, our Customer Service will assist you in any way possible to figure out how to claim your warranty from the company or warranty provider.
